We're a locally owned Portland insurance broker. Our job is simple: find you the right coverage at a fair price, and be there when you need it.
Our story
Neighbors Trust began with a frustration we kept hearing from friends and family: insurance had become impersonal. Rates crept up every year, nobody explained why, and when a claim came along, you were stuck on hold.
So we built the agency we'd want to use. As an independent agency, we aren't tied to a single company. We represent multiple carriers, which means we can move your coverage when your current insurer stops being the best deal.
Today we help households, small businesses, contractors, and trucking companies across Oregon. Many of our clients came to us for one policy and stayed for all of them.
Our mission is to make every client feel the way you do when a trusted neighbor has your back.
